Board Member Bios

  • Dr. Noel Woodroffe is the Founder and President of Congress WBN, an international network of churches, businesses, professionals and students, operating in over 100 nations. He is also the Senior Elder of Elijah Centre, a powerful Kingdom Community based in Trinidad with extended locations around the globe that are referred to as Embassies.

    Dr. Woodroffe heads the Global Congress Leadership (GCL) team, a diverse group that oversees Congress WBN’s global operations. He guides the ongoing development of systems, processes and programs that facilitate human, social and national development, based on clearly defined Biblical platforms. He has personally overseen Congress WBN’s growth and expansion from a group of five churches in Trinidad in 1993 to a massive global network represented in more than 100 countries.

  • Steve Schultz is Chairman of the Board of Prism North America, founder and Senior Elder of Transformation Center, a vibrant church community in Fayetteville, AR. Steve also serves on the Core Leadership Counsel of Congress WBN, a faith-based global human development initiative. His background is marked by diversity as he has served in business pioneering and management, church/ministry/international missions administration, church development consultation, author and developer of training material and extensive travel both nationally and internationally to equip and mentor leaders across multiple nations.

  • Scott Webster serves on the Core Leadership Council of Congress WBN, a faith-based global human development initiative. He has done extensive work in organizing training initiatives for leaders, including writing curriculum, designing practicums and developing and overseeing teams within churches and networks. He is the author of several books on leadership and church development, and he lives in Atlanta with his wife Kathy and their children and grandchildren.

  • Dr. Jameson is a Global Director of Congress WBN, a global faith-based non-governmental organization focused on designing sustainable human development initiatives. Dr. Jameson works in the Office of the President, Congress WBN as an Executive Attaché. He is heavily involved in the areas of leadership development, institutional strengthening and capacity building. He has designed and facilitated international conferences focused on ethics, organization development and values-based human development.

    Dr. Jameson is a former member of the academic staff at the Institute of International Relations in the University of the West Indies, and currently serves as Co-Chairman of NorthGate College, a pioneering values-based education institution headquartered in Trinidad & Tobago. He also serves as a global director of the Education and Human Development Sector of Congress WBN. Dr. Jameson is a British Chevening Scholar, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Spanish from the University of the West Indies and a Masters in International Political Economy from Warwick University, UK. He also holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of the West Indies.

  • David Francis Copp is the Senior Elder of SENT Life Center in the city of Orange, California, as well as being a member of the Global Congress Leadership of Congress WBN, a faith-based global human development initiative. He gives primary oversight to the Congress churches and leaders in Japan, as well as working with churches and leaders across North America. He lives in Long Beach, California with his wife Christiana with whom he has three daughters and one son.

  • Misty Newcomb is the founding Superintendent of Prism North America where she has served since 2012. Prior to this, she served as the Chief of Staff for the Office for Education Policy and as Director of Outreach in the Department of Education Reform in the University of Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, her Masters Degree in Child Development, and her Doctorate in Public Policy from the University of Arkansas. She serves on the Arkansas State Council for Cognia, Congress-WBN’s Education and Human Development Sector, the University of Arkansas Education Reform Community Leadership Council, and the Arkansas LEARNS Rulemaking Work Group for Parental Empowerment. Misty lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband Clay and their four children.
