Prism’s coursework can be utilized to fulfill all or part of the course requirements for homeschoolers. K-12 students can enroll as full-time students in our accredited and internationally recognized program. Students in 6th-12th grades may alternately enroll in individual classes on a part-time basis.

  • Full-time students are given an opportunity to join electives, social groups, and special events with other homeschoolers in our IVL (independent virtual learners) student group. The typical schedule for full-time students is 9:30 CST to 3:00 PM CST with approximately 1.5 hours for breaks in between.

  • Part-time 6th-12th grade homeschool students enroll in individual courses. Price and schedule differ depending on whether the course is Asynchronous, Live-streamed, Advanced Placement, or General Core Course. Part-time homeschool students are required to register as homeschoolers with their state and fulfill all academic requirements in their state. The Student Support Center can assist parents in completing proper paperwork required for their state and coordinating coursework with state-level requirements, but ultimately parents are responsible for ensuring all homeschool requirements are met for their state.

  • The individual 6th-12th grade course schedule and registration is posted in April for fall enrollment and remains open until all open spots are filled.
