2025 Family Camp
We are excited to announce our 4th Annual Prism Family Camp!
TBD- High School Formal
May 16-18, 2025 Family Camp
New Life Ranch’s Frontier Cove in Adair, Oklahoma
Details & Registration Below!
-
Kinder-2nd Grade Cabins: We recommend K-2 students stay in group housing with the parent of the same gender (fathers with sons, mothers with daughters). All K-2 students staying overnight must be accompanied by a parent. Exceptions may be made for K-2 students (upon request) who are traveling with other approved guardians (i.e. a group of students traveling with a relative or campus coordinator).
3rd-12th Grade Cabins: 3rd-12th grade students will be housed in bunk-style cabins with camp counselors. All group housing will be separated by gender and age.
Adult Cabins: There will be bunk-style cabins for adults as well. This housing will be split by gender. There are no cabins available for couples at this event; if you would prefer to stay in a nearby hotel, you can register for a day-pass for meals on Saturday, and still be a part of all activities at the camp. The nearest hotels are approximately 20-30 minutes from the camp. Let us know if you are interested in this option. Individuals traveling in for graduation only (and for no other daytime activities or meals) can register for Graduation Only.
Private Family Hotel Rooms: We have a limited amount of hotel rooms available for families with young children. All family hotel rooms either have 2 queen beds, or 1 queen & 1 set of bunk beds. We anticipate that these rooms will be fully reserved on the first day of registration. These rooms will be prioritized for families with preschool children. These rooms are an additional $45/per room beyond the individual family camp rate.
Multi-family Cabins: We will have a limited amount of bunk-style cabins available for families to share. For this option, 2-4 families will share one large cabin, with multiple sets of bunk beds. If you would like this option, select this on your registration form, and list the other families you would like to stay with. There are no additional fee for these cabins.

We are often asked whether guests are allowed to attend Family Camp or Graduation. Housing on-campus is reserved for currently enrolled Prism students, their immediate families, and camp counselors. Guests of Prism students are welcome to participate in Family Camp in any one of the following ways:
-Register as a Guest with a Saturday Day Pass. Day pass registrants will not receive a t-shirt (unless they pay extra for it), but will be provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will be allowed to participate in general activities.
-Attend graduation in-person. There is no cost to attend graduation only. Individuals attending graduation only should arrive at 6:30 PM for a 7:00 PM start. No meals will be served for those who attend graduation only but they are welcome to snacks and festivities at the reception following.
-Watch graduation via Zoom. The link will be sent to all graduates in advance so they can invite friends and family who want to watch from a distance.
